Lentil Burritos with Feta Cheese and Veggies




Great for lunch time or anytime!

Ingredients:

Flour Tortillas
Cooked Lentils with Aderezo Conejo Dressing (Olive Oil, spices and dried coriander)
Sliced Carrots
Arugula
Red and Yellow Peppers
Feta Cheese (Mediterranean Style with Dehydrated Tomatoes)

Preparation:
Place the Tortilla on a Hot Surface on both sides.
Then add all the rest of the ingredients on top of it.

Enjoy to your heart's content!
